Deck Restoration

These guys are great! Gave me an estimate for replacing the old rough deck boards on my deck that was very reasonable. Neil stayed in touch frequently to schedule the work and keep me updated on progress (which was quick). They kept their promises, and the end result was thoroughly professional and very high quality. I am very pleased with my new deck. I’ll definitely use them again for future work on my house!

We had Exterior Experts to do two small jobs at our home. The first job was a problematic area serving as the floor of an upstairs deck and the roof of a downstairs screen porch. The flooring had a rotten spot. This job had the potential to be a very big mess. The technician came out, tore out the flooring, salvaged our railing upstairs, did not damage the screened in area downstairs, cleaned up all the sawdust (there was a LOT), replaced the decking upstairs and applied waterproof material, replaced the railings. The finished job is beautiful. No mess at all was left for me to clean up. We have been able to enjoy both outdoor areas again. The second job was that I wanted a pergola installed in front of the house. The area was pretty tight due to the configuration of the front of the house. We did not want our view diminished from the large window facing that garden area. I did not have a time constraint for this project. Exterior Experts fit this project in in the worst weather. The technicians were out there in the coldest days. They did an excellent job, fitting this in close to the house and avoiding existing plumbing and electrical lines. They positioned the support poles to enable the view from inside the house to remain unobstructed. The pergola looks great right now. When spring hits and I get the garden back up to speed it is going to be fantastic. Thank You so much!!!!!
